One reason for clumping could be that you didn't use enough water for mixing. Be sure to use the shaker's sieve or try blending it in a blender. Mix it for at least 20-30 seconds.
Another reason could be that our products are hydrophilic, meaning they readily absorb moisture from the air. This can lead to clumping. We recommend shaking the product, breaking up the lumps, and storing it in its original packaging. Additionally, we do not advise removing the silicone sealing ring as it can allow more air in, causing clumping in the product.
