After 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts by the courier service, the package will be returned to us. After this, redelivery is not possible.
We will check the returned products, and they will then be processed as a return. In the case of prepaid orders, the amount already paid will be refunded.
If you still wish to receive the ordered products, you will need to place a new order.
