If there is visible external damage to the packaging, please open the package in front of the courier so that a damage report can be recorded for any possible damage.
If the packaging of the ordered product is intact, but the product itself arrived damaged, opened or incomplete, or if you received someone else’s order, please send us an e-mail at webshop@biotechusa.com.
In the e-mail, please include your order number and a detailed description of your complaint, and attach a photo of the problematic product. We will then forward the case to our shipping department for investigation.
We will get back to you with the result of the investigation within 5 working days at the latest.
