How does the return process work?

You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product(s). You can indicate your intention to return the product(s) by contacting us at webshop@biotechusa.com. You can then return the carefully packed, unopened product(s) at your own expense to the following address:

BioTech USA Kft., Ipari Park út 10., Szada, 2111, HUNGARY.

After receiving the returned product(s), we will check them and refund their price.
